纯方位TMA是一类典型的非线性问题,它常表现出一些独特的性质,有偏性就是其中之一。对纯方位TMA常用的伪线性估计器的有偏性进行了分析,指出偏倚是由伪线性化造成的。该结论得到了仿真计算结果的支持。仿真结果还表明,偏倚程度同测量误差大小、几何态势、己艇机动航路等诸多因素有关。

基于MINIS仿真平台的CODOG动力装置仿真研究

根据MINIS仿真平台的框架结构,结合舰船CODOG动力装置的特点,采用模块化建模方案建立了各部件的仿真模型,给出了算法程序设计和模型实现的方法。采用MINIS仿真,将算法编译成动态链接库,发挥了不同编程语言的长处,考虑了不同开发者的差异性,增强了可扩充性,缩短了程序开发时间,对动力装置的进一步应用开发具有较大的参考价值。     

What U.S. Navy strategists and defense planners should think about in the era of maritime great power competition

ABSTRACT

For the first time in a generation, the US Navy finds itself in an era of great power competition. As US naval strategists and defense planners begin to organise materially and conceptually to confront the strategic and operational-level challenges posed by China and Russia, what should they keep in mind? What should frame their thinking? Absorbed with the day-to-day tasks associated with managing how the fleet is being built, operated, and rationalised, these busy officers and civilians seldom can step back and gain some perspective on fundamental aspects of the security environment and relate those to naval purpose. To that end, this article provides a primer on what to keep in mind and how to think in an era of maritime great power competition.

A nuclear-armed North Korea without ICBMs: the best achievable objective

This article analyzes the North Korean nuclear crisis from a balance-of-power perspective. It is in the long-term interests of international peace for a secure and independent North Korea to serve as a buffer between US and Chinese ground forces. However, the conventional military advantage of the South Korean-American alliance over North Korea has grown drastically since the end of the Cold War, threatening North Korea’s survival. Since North Korea lacks any reliable ally, nuclear weapons represent its most cost-effective way to restore a balance of power and thus secure itself. Accepting security guarantees in exchange for its nuclear arsenal is rhetorically appealing but not a viable approach. North Korea’s development of intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), however, has overcompensated for the post-Cold War imbalance, inviting talk in Washington of waging a preventive war. Persuading North Korea to give up its ICBM capability, not its nuclear arsenal, should therefore be the primary objective of US diplomacy.     

4电平S类数字功放的电平合成策略

通过增加量化电平,Delta-Sigma调制器输出序列能够获得更好的调制性能。但在S类数字功放中,受限于开关功放的实现结构,多电平Delta-Sigma调制器输出脉冲序列无法直接驱动开关功放,需采用由多个开关功放单元构成的多电平开关功放。针对2比特Delta-Sigma调制器输出序列,分析了电平合成策略对4电平S类数字功放性能的影响,提出了两种优化的电平合成策略。理论分析和仿真结果表明,采用合适的电平合成策略,4电平S类数字功放可以获得更优的输出性能,尤其在输出功率回退状态下,电平合成策略对功放性能的影响更为显著。     

飞行员对航空系统作战效能的影响及其解决方案

目前,国内对航空系统作战效能的分析评估及研究工作正在逐步深入,但这些研究基本上都忽略了很重要的一个因素--飞行员.从飞行员自身的角度和飞机人机界面的角度分析了飞行员对航空系统作战效能的影响,同时提出了提高飞行员自身素质的建议,着重讨论了飞行员幕僚系统这一复杂系统工程的实现过程及其对辅佐飞行员、提高作战效能的重要性.     

基于双波段红外辐射信息的红外机动目标跟踪算法

利用双波段IRST系统测到的目标双波段红外辐射信息,推导出目标的伪距离量测信息,使得单站IRST系统变为可观测系统;在此基础上,构建了伪量测方程,采用改进的"当前"统计模型和基于最小偏度单形采样策略的UKF算法,提出了一种基于双波段红外辐射信息的IRST机动目标跟踪算法。理论分析与仿真结果表明,该算法能够有效地跟踪机动目标,具有良好的实际应用价值。
